Londonderry, NH - Laurie's Ride 5 for breast cancer was a success
even though the weather set back the count of motorcyclist's in"2008'.
With a grey sky at the start, Mother Nature guided the ride with bright
sunshine until a mile away from there destination of 106 miles.
Traveling from Nashua Harley-Davidson to the seacoast and back to
Londonderry Lyons Hall for great food, awsome music ,great company
and prizes.
Shortly after arrival the sky opened up with thunder, lightning
and downpors, but that didn't dampen the spirits of all that attended
knowing that the cause was well worth it. Many had to ride home in
strong rain and hail, but a day of riding threw New Hampshire's back
roads to the ocean in the sun will not sone be fogotten.
A special thanks to Sgt. Phil Miles and his colleagues along with
Members of Fire & Iron, Stationn 343, Nashua, NH again keep the ride
at a steady pace with great success.
Thank-you to all the paticipants in opening your hearts and helping
New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition and the needs of breast cancer
Patients in New Hampshire.
